Nowadays, people self-diagnose & will assume that all because they have one slight trait of some mental disorder/disability that they are some full on non-NT sperg.
Also depends on the exact condition; something such as ADHD -though it does correlate with autism- can't be that big of an inhibitor socially, but something such as Aspergers, Autism, etc. definitely could prevent some from ascending. I think I even read foids can sort of "sense" if a guy has a condition like this, or something along those lines.
