honestly It's less grown out of a whiteknight viewpoint but rather because in prison, people who commit sex crimes are just seen as the lowest people. Most inmates don't really give a shit but because this is the generally accepted rule, it still stands. The violent inmates especially love this unwritten rule because it gives them free meat to beat to a pulp with little repercussions. It's less whiteknighting and more the fact that people done for sex crimes are basically toys to play with.

Murderers-the family can decide what to do with them mandatory 3 years in jail if the familt doesnt punish
Felonous Shoplifters-depends on whether they stole from a company or small store
For company pay back 20% of what you stole, small stores pay back full value
Rapists-provided a large amount of proof is given, foid or male can decide to castrate them or they pay the equal of child support for 5 years
Kidnappers: victim decides punishment
Mandatory 1-3 years in jail depending on the treatment of the victim
Arson: therapy, extra taxes depending on how much shit was destroyed.

I dont think most people realize this. Most cops didnt become cops to "keep their community safe" or any 'noble' shit like that. They did it because they enjoy the power and the crime surrounding the job. Most of them itch to smack people the fuck up if given the chance. No normal person would pick that profession if they didn't enjoy that type of shit. They'd do what normal people do and leave it to someone else.

These days it looks like the police force is actively looking for people like that. Psychopaths make pretty effective cops

Personally I'd rather be executed than do any time. Prison is draconian. I want there to be a gas chamber built inside the judge's bench, where people are executed immediately after sentencing.
