How old are you? When I was much younger (I'm 43 now) I too had considerable and debilitating social impediments which constructively prevented me from functionally engaging with anyone around me besides my parents. I have always suspected that I am arrayed somewhere along the autism spectrum but over the course of many years and through a disciplined and concerted exposure to versatile social venues (mostly via my work experiences) I have slowly acquired a level of comfortability and verbal fluency that is actually far superior to the vast majority of normies I encounter. I would suggest that you consider getting tested for autism spectrum disorder, Asperger's, or a learning disability and then being at least afforded the sort of safeguards that exist to ensure that someone such as you receives proper accommodations in work, school and life.
