Serious question, it's been nagging me since July 2025, I noticed when I shaved the area (it's hairy) it went away for a few days, then came back. I dont wear underwear as I've said so before on here I only tuck a shirt down into my asscrack because of an OCD theme I have. Well, recently the burning sensation came back around a week ago and the last two days it has been unbearable. Sharp stabbing pain every 5 to 10 seconds and it's driving me mad. What is this shit? Does anyone else have random sharp pain in areas like this? How do you get it to stop?
