Yes they should, that's the point, OP asked for advice and I told what worked for ME and people I know, that might work for him. Back in 2016 I was a hopelesscel and worked my way out of depression following those steps.

But you also said there is a clear difference between incels and the rest, you contradict yourself, doesn't matter if we're worthless, we have different experiences and thoughts as you clearly stated. Worrying that life is worthless is like worrying why the space is black and the sky is blue, there is no point and it won't benefit you in any way.
