I do whatever I can to not think about what happened. It usually involves coping such as immediately trying to shift my focus like on drawing or playing on my phone.
I just air out most criticism that comes my way it’s better not to care than to waste energy responding
Im not in positions these days to get humiliated but when it did happen either ignore it or laugh it off

Insult them back if I care enough. Otherwise I just don't really give a fuck. They're beneath me anyway. Fuck em. Whatever victory they're trying to get through me just shows how pathetic they are.
Like in real life being humiliated? I’ll probably just get loud and cuss out whoever and then storm off.
I like embarrassing them by getting loud and drawing attention to them situation. I will generally avoid physical retaliation at all costs though. Fighting is hard at 5’6
