Born into upper middle class but due to constantly being abused and disrespected by parents I was forced to move out and stand on my own feet.

I've lived poor for awhile. I won't replace clothes at all for years and years... I ate cheap cold cuts and rice constantly for a long time.

Now I consider myself the upper end of the working class. Fairly comfy life I have.

Or whatever someone who makes $35k a year is considered as.
