Riften is a good and ideal Skyrim city for incels. The Thieves Guilds resides there, incels are poor, I expect a lot of incels to join the Thieves Guild to steal from normie moggers and live in the sewers.
Winterhold is good for autistcels.
Solitude and Windhelm are horrible for incels, they are cities full of rich moggers. Don't buy a house there.
Morthal is a faraway cozy place for incels.
Whiterun is also fairly good. It is very likely the first major city you visit, and you set your base there, it's the most familiar and convenient. It is also in a fairly central position, it has a carriage driver, it is good for a survival playthrough with no fast travel.
