I never practise job interviews, i just look up what kind of company it is.
Try to read how they present themselves to you and adapt to it. If they are very formal, be like that aswell.
They may wanna know a bit about yourself too. So be prepared for that too. best of luck

Google a sample cover letter and literally just rehearse it and work from that. Insert company names and positions obviously. Wheres your job gonna be at?
