You're thinking lineal descendants. OP is (presumably) referring to collateral descendants.

Obviously I'm not having any children and while none of my brothers are either, some of my cousins have had children. I assume that some of them will have children, etc. so I'll probably have collateral descendants in 2120....assuming humanity is still around. Obviously the class structure isn't going to be like in the meme OP posted, but I imagine my collateral descendants will belong to different classes (i mean they already do now, some of my poor cousins had kids and so did some of my middle class ones) but they will likely be disproportionately in the lower class.
