Notorious banned user @Fantasea claimed that any number above 20,000 was a failo, a few users actually fell for his propaganda and had their postcounts purged to be below this threshold. But I feel like times have changed, the forum's been around for 8 years now as of 2 days ago at the type of posting so I feel like that's no longer the indicator of having no life that it once was.
I'd say that the the post counts with the biggest halo would be high enough to indicate that you're a long-time and dedicated/active user of the forum but not so high that it's only feasibly attainable through postmaxxing, which I generally perceive to be looked down upon. So around 10,000 to 20,000 is the goldilocks zone.
I'd also say that whether or not your post count is a halo or not is partially contingent on your join date.
