My dad after he got his leg broken went to the gym CONSTANTLY. Even though he wasn't doing anything.
He got ripped for no reason at all and it fucked up his body. There was no functional use or strength to that. He was just insanely insecure.
But everything gets ziplip skipped away from.
Ziplipskipping doesn't change the relevant factors.
What do you think is the most unhealthy aspect to gymcelling and building up your body??

Insecurity is the self awareness that you are genetic shit. Anyone that doesn't lift for sports is trying to change their body because they don't have hourglass figure genetics.

You can have insecurity predicated not just about looks.
It essentially means there is something bothering you about yourself that creates a lack of self-assurity.
You can be good looking but you can be insecure about idk, your dirty shoes or shitty family.
Or your criteria of security (self-togetherness) may be something not based on being confident, or self assured.
Very rare but maybe you are more secure when you feel vulnerable to threat. Because you want to be one with the universe, andi f your'e too secure you amy wonder if you're being coddled. And so you go outside and try to stop another hting that makes you feel destabilized in terms of your life.

I honestly get infuriated by peopel who dont' turn their insecurity into self improvement. Imo they deserve it.

Women get men on the basis of uncontrollable traits because they look at the hierarchy that people are jammed into. Because women want firmness in their high status, or some kind of underlying fear of primal recognition that puts other people in no hope of ever being on their bf's level.

Genetics don't just have to do with looks e.g. IQ. Dirty shoes are looks. I would live in a broken down home with a single mom if it meant I was tall or had an attractive face. You can't change your genetics, so self improvement for the most part is cope. A short guy can do nothing about his height. Someone who is insecure about how dumb they are can't self improve and change their 80 iq. People that have bad bodies can't change their garbage frames.

Foids are only interested in aspects of your body which can NOT be changed, like hip bone width, clavicle width, skull shape, jaw width, height, cock size, etc. No one cares about something that can easily be changed, like muscle mass, strength, endurance, etc.

Nah, I've been gymcelling for 20 years, and I'm probably one of the most insecure people on this forum. It's all garbage, the strength you gain from barbells, dumbbells, and machines doesn't transfer as much as you think it does to real world activities, BRB 20-something bodybuilder getting outworked by a 65-year old manual labourer or getting his face smashed in by a skinny martial artist.
