Serious What NOT to tell the 'therapist'

That post Have you been to a therapist? scared the shit out of me. I had no idea they could detain you so easily. I already had a bad experience with a psychologist twisting my words and escalating. Do you guys know what to avoid saying to them so they can't fuck you? My family is pressuring me hard to go to one and I can't refuse BC I'm dependent.

When I went I mentioned nothing of looks or females, I just talked about my lack of motivation and purpose in life and other problems unrelated to wahmen, I used it mostly as a place to just talk about things on my mind because I didn't have anyone else to speak to during my time at uni.

From what I've read on numerous sources online, DO NOT:

-Create any impression that you're intending to harm anyone or yourself.
-Lead them to believe you're in an environment that could lead to you taking "drastic" actions (e.g. If you hear voices telling you to kill someone and you have a Shotgun easily accessible under your bed; detained boyo).
-Make them believe you're mentally insane/psychotic.
-Create the impression you are a risk to public.

I know a homeless guy who goes to counselling services ibln his probation office. He always talks about his desire to kill people and within 15 minutes he is usually detained and put in a psych ward under an involuntary hold. He does it to get free food and a comfy bed, to get off the streets. What is funny is when he does it, his situation improves cos under law he cannot be released unless he has a stable environment in which he is released into. So he gets shortlisted for emergency public housing, and his centre link claims are sped through and he receives early payments sometimes.
Another Bobby of his is to call the police and say he is suicidal. He goes to a bushland and tells him his location. They aleays send numerous pigs and ambulance to find him, but he just lies there in the bushes till they do. They then take him sway. Why? Cos he hates pigs, and he is bipolar. He loves wasting gov resources
