But at the same time, You ARE like them you just haven't tried enough. You're forced to repeat the same humiliation ritual over and over

It's NEVER your looks or your height, it's ALWAYS your internal locus of control. EVERYTHING is in your control but you just haven't tried enough.
Furthermore let's go back to that thought experiment where we pretend that sex is truly the only thing that incels want. Apart from being gaslit into the fucking sun, our sexuality is also perverted, shameful, undesireable. In conclusion WE ARE TO BEHAVE LIKE CHASTE PUPPETS. Eunuchs if you will.

Well to understand it we must compare it to Hedonism. A word people are more familiar with.
Hedonism as you might have guessed is a way of living consisting of chasing as much pleasurable experiences and avoiding as much pain and harm as possible. It's a very utilitarian lifestyle. And whilst there's nothing inherently wrong with this philosophy. it's commonly misattributed to what most incels believe in when it comes to sex.
We are much more complex than that like any other human. Most people if you ask them, what brings you happiness?
Whilst some may say sex, money, good food, videogames etc. you'll find that this is quite rare.
Most people will state virtues, values;
Hard work, Safety, liberty, compassion, loyalty. etc.
This is the core of eudaimonia, it's an Aristotelian way of philosophizing; i.e. virtue ethics.
Instead of a quick high or a shot of dopamine from fleeting pleasures, you experience a constant gentle pleasant breeze of happiness by LIVING a virtue.
How does this relate to incels?
most incels desire things like; compassion, companionship, intimacy, participation. These things are slightly personal but they do have things in common;
For example participation might consist of being invited to events with other people, being introduced to other friends by your partner.
But all of this is not for us unfortunately, we are REJECTED by society. and have been since early puberty. Instead society has installed negative virtues into our psyche.
Mainly because of the way we look, maybe because some of us are autist. whatever the reason might be, even if we were somehow accepted back into society. We're already broken.
