I would say Guyana, since they have curries in there, but this country is not 'latin'. So I would stick with Brazil tbh, they are the most populous country, and so, more ugly people per capita.

Hondurans, Nicaraguans - similar to above, but in addition there’s a significant amount of African-Indigenous mixture (prob one of the ugliest combos in the world)
