I am diagnosed with ocd and chronic anxiety disorder

I was diagnosed long time ago with general anxiety disorder, social anxiety, depression, child ptsd. I didnt mention to the shrink that i get unwanted thoughts, lately also sometimes i get audio hallucinations and im seeing non existent people in my peripheral vision.

I mean mental illness can change/develope it all goes by what trauma you had or how fucked up your environment is.
