In the current settings, its not. Generally its bad as it takes away your sexual drive to chase real foids and you dont gain any experience, but as many men cant even dream about having sex it doesnt matter.

If you fap, don't grow overly dependent on porn to find sexual stimulation.
For me personally, it's bad as it kills my drive and motivation to do other stuff. It makes me complacent with the state of affairs as is, no matter how sorry of a state. It's too good of a cope. You may argue that coping in moderation is good and necessary, and I agree with that, but I find even a 'little bit' of porn to be excessive and damaging. I'm a student; if I watch porn and jerk off I become lazy and ignore my studies; "Oh, I'll do it later", but later never comes, and it's not just studies that I start neglecting but other important things as well. This is why porn is bad according to my subjective experience; it'll hamper you from accomplishing the things that you can accomplish even as an incel and improve your life if not romantically, then at least materially.

It's not IMHO, especially as an incel. Of course if you are addicted and don't fuck your girlfriend because you cum to porn all the time it's bad, but if you don't have anyone to fuck then it doesn't matter. In fact, I think it probably even helps to preserve some sanity.
