Porn is inherently bad on the brain. Many studies have shown that it can lead to weakened brain function and masturbation can be very addicting (similar addiction levels to nicotine in some cases).

I like porn. Since my libido decreased I don't enjoy it as much as before, but still do it.

Not really. Maybe in hentai but I have fetishes too weird to be done in normal porn.
