What level brightness do you have your device or devices on? I have mine on the lowest brightness. I do set it higher when needed such as when I go outside for example but I mainly have my devices brightness on the lowest.

I set it as low as possible when it's dark or I want to go to bed but an average would be around 10%.
Lowest brightness is best brightness except when you’re outside or some shit.
