It depends what makes you feel isolated in the first place. I hate going to bars or partying, it just gives me massive panic attacks. It does not affect me when not going there . But it does affect me not having irl friends to talk to and share hobbies with. That is why I feel subjectively isolated, not because of lack of interaction with strangers.
