If you stay like this without any plan you will find yourself pushing 30 maybe even 40 and wondering how the time went by. So you need at least one plan which has a time limit.
Here are some of my plans:

1. Find a job and moneymaxx then by summer 2021 have enough money for a trip to a lower income country. There I plan to find a young foid civilian woman and lure her in with money. I don't want to go to an actual hooker because that negates any achievement +I don't want to lose my virginity in a brothel

2. Buy a van by the end of 2021 or sooner if a need arises. I need it as a storage space + in case I become homeless. I can sorta afford one now but I would like to afford a larger one.


3. Start making some passive income from my hobby by the end of 2020

You should keep money to buy a small appartment than a van. Your storage space will be almost nothing in a van. Its value will only decrease and you'll have rough times in a van. Once the appartment is yours, you will never be homeless again. You'll have a secure place to stay for free forever.

About my plans, well I plan to have the rest of my appartment mortgage paid by the insurance company to the bank. Their decision will be taken in approximately a month. I don't plan to commit suicide but I will if life becomes unbearable, especially the total lack of any kind of affection, but also the fact that I will never be father and that destroys me.

There's nothing more, I'm a NEET now, I'm free, alone maybe, but at least I'll no longer be a slave.

Apartments here are extremely expensive while a few years old van is dirt cheap. If I wanted to buy an apartment I would need to take a 20 year old loan and wagecuck for that long always fearing about the next payment and not being able to be a NEET for a long time.

That's right, it depends on your local house purchase market. Prices can skyrocket in some cities, but maybe you should consider buying a little place in the middle of nowhere, without a loan, just in case.

Depending in the country where you live, you can be a NEET while paying a low mortgage. That's what I will do if the insurance company refuses to pay my actual mortgage. In France the governement pays part of your mortgage if you don't have enough income since 3 months. They can give you 250€/month (which is why I chose a low loan : the help covers most of the cost, and at age 50 I can sell the appartment for 100K.
