Im on minoxidil and antidepressants, i fap much less than before, when i could to it 5-6 times a day but still fap once a day. BTW do you feel much less emotions on antidepressants? I feel it that way, i feel it like a sedative

6-7 months but I was meditating regularly. I don't think I could have managed without meditating so much.
In the beginning, the anti-depressants felt like you had a protective shield around you. For example, things that are negative just bounced off or you could think about it without getting sad.
I feel less sadness, but that doesn't mean it helps if the BP hits. I also explained to the doctor that I wanted to kill myself because the reality of others and my are worlds apart. He said that the drugs reduce sadness but I also have to have some kind of mechanism so that I don't compare myself to others.
4 months is impressive. The max I was able to do was 2 weeks, even then, I was just irritated.
