What is your favorite FNAF jumpscare?

It's hard to have not run across this game, even if you have not played it. Each character has their specific jumpscare. From not winding up the Marionette's music box to foxy sprinting at you for not checking in on him on the cameras, what is your favorite character/jumpscare?

For me, it's in FNAF 1, the original when you run out of power. Although Freddy isn't my favorite character, I like that he has his own music box installed in the animatronic, and that he comes to comfort you in the dark while playing you a grand music box theme in the blue light.
