When you have strict parents in Europe it's over because if you aren't extremely high IQ and/or rich you will depend on them until wizard age and no woman wants to date/fuck an average looking man who lives with his parents anyways or cannot drive. And in Europe you see the paradox of slutiness: Despite the women being massive whores fewer and fewer men actually have sex, sexual freedom doesn't benefit anyone except the few men who accumulate all the sex.
