We already specialize in the first two. We don't really have some public head figure who advocates for us or something. Nor do I expect one to step out of their room and up to carry the community on their backs. It literally is over and never started. I would just move on if you expect us to do anything of note.
I think the best things to do are shame cucks and rosties, and stop the government from forcing us to pay taxes we don't benefit from.

Yes, but it will fall on dead ears unless we start Insurgency. It can be as simple as organizing, letting people know we are here, we are heavily armed, and we are pissed. We wouldnt have to target anything as an organization or even promote doing it. Lone wolf attackers who do their own thing will continue to bring us the attention. Our presence will motivate more attackers. All we need is a good platform, we will pose with AKs and wear ski masks and have our own flag. Thats all we need to begin the process of the Incel Caliphate.
We just need to be smart about it, stay fully legal for as long as possible but have a backup plan for when/if we are declared an illegal terrorist organization.
