Hey I can't help but notice that you are in favour of a flat tax, something I myself am totally in favour of too as a pro-capitalist but because you chose 10% and I know you are muslim I am almost certain that you mean we should only have zakat as tax (and I remember it was set at 10% too which is why I think this is what you have in mind) and you probably believe that to be a good muslim you have to hate capitalism (like that idiot RREEEEEEEE) but it really shouldn't be so, capitalism really just means we are all free to exchange our goods and services with each other, nothing more, nothing less. That 10% tax to fund what you said is indeed necessary, but none of that 50% or more progressive taxation BS from liberals and SJWs that only scares investors away.
I myself am in favour of only having a 10% VAT tax and suppress absolutely every other pest tax like income tax, property tax, excise tax etc.

It would be easier to just go by age. When a woman is unmarried and passed the age 22, you can assume she's a slut, unless she was married or in a long term relationship and has proof.
