No way, blacks might even be the MOST bald race in the world. People are just more used to seeing bald blacks as normal because they have been shaving/permanently removing their horseshoe for thousands of years or at least as long as the MENA people. A smooth head on a black dude doesn't immediately invoke a "lol look at that baldy" reaction because it's been socially acceptable for them to look like that in America for longer and if they shave, their shadow is almost invisible because their dark hair matches their dark skin.
