Isn’t it weird how many versions of you exist in people’s mind? Some know you as the shy person who doesn’t talk. Some see you as the annoying person that won’t shut up. Some see you as a cold and mean person. Others find you caring and kind.

When I was in middle school, I was known as the shy boy who didn’t talk much. When I was with my close friends, I was known as the annoying guy who wouldn’t shut up. When I was in high school, I was in many people’s mind a villain. But in reality, I’m a kind guy when people get to know me.

What about you guys?

I don’t think there is a real you or me. All those personas we put on in different scenarios are equally a part of us

Yes it is interesting. And certainly we do both wear and are given masks, so this line of thinking isn't too great imo. It leads to issues if you think about it too long.

Btw, have you seen this OP?

Correct. However we do have ones which are more baseline than others. At least we should to remain stable and not to Sid Barret type insane. This is why LSD was so dangerous.

Yeah it is weird tbh some people know me as the guy who never talks some know me as the annoying edgy incel guy some know me as a nice chill dude some think I am retarded. It feels strange to be seen in all these different ways but the real me is the second one.

We actually have little control over how other people see us. We can try to guess it through our own experience of their reactions but we can't experience ourselves the way someone else experiences us. Our guesses are entirely guided by the fact that there are common cultural memes that everyone learns and adheres to. That's why when you go to a foreign culture you can never be sure how your behaviour is percieved

Above all and always the Muslim me.
Then there are a few modes:
The entrepreneur me (when having a new business related idea or project)
The German me (fantasizing about certain times in Germany)
The incel me (digesting the brutality of many blackpill truths)

No clue what I would mainly identify with. I guess incel at its core since that is essentially what I am for my entire life. The rest are just phases.

I think one thing is for certain, I'm a mentally scarred and disturbed individual.

I don't put up an act, I am quiet around everyone.
