Does anybody know, as I would like to research it.

I was thinking about weird things. I wondered what the point of physical maturity was, why do we grow? Why aren't we born as fully grown adults. And why does our body deteriorate, why don't we exist eternally, without birth or death. I can't explain my thought process, but the conclusion I came to is that we, and all life, reflect the universe, which started as something out of nothing and had to expand. Which would mean that the universe will also eventually die? I can't put together a more detailed connection between life and the entire universe so I was wondering if somebody has already done so in the past? Would like to see what their thought were.

You’re talking about increasing entropy, no?

I always assumed it was Hermeticism, but the latter replies appear to suffice.

Schizophrenia?
