I want to watch this movie but I have forgotten the name.

The main character a young boy who was bullied by a foid. He then used his superpowers to fucking annihilate her at the start of the movie.
Then his eyes glow red from his superpowers activating and so on.

At the end of the movie he kills his birthvessel. It was beautiful.

I have not seen the entire movie as I only watched the ending and beginning from fandago clips.
