To do whatever you want at the moment, Everything else you mentioned is being a social slave to our human instincts yes we need other people to depend on in order to survive as a species but because we were born genetic outcasts we can't breed we can't involve ourselves as nothing other than an asset to the tribe State Nation so as a result there is no point into following any conservative and traditional ideas because it's a waste of time you're better off living in Epicurean lifestyle and enjoy life as much as you can because you will never have a family or friends or be remembered anyway after you die nihilism was the best cure for my depression and had I not eventually found the incel/black pill Community I would have killed myself a while ago because I tried so hard to fit in and be part of something and it all came out with negative consequences and situations now I just want to enjoy myself because I'm getting older and I don't care about any trivial nonsense related to The Human Condition at this point I just want to exist and live for pleasure and avoid pain I also think getting into a healthy body and a healthy mind would be second to enjoy yourself as the main purpose of life everything else is just meaningless and will only drag you down
