What is the maximum height increase attainable from shoe lifts?

It is different for everyone but I've been able to wear 1 inch inserts pretty comfortably

I think 3 inches, probably less as it compresses and it looks weird as fuck, like wearing high heels.

Anything more than 1-2 inches is too risky and you'll likely get caught out doing it and it would be hard to walk in.

Depends on the shoes your wearing though. Easier to get away with in taller shoes.
