for myself, i'd get a secluded mansion and enjoy playing god. in general, foids are property again, a new religion is established to keep the normie cattle in line, eugenics are enforced and eventually gene editing after it's perfected. those who fail adjust to the changes are either killed off or enslaved. gene editing could work wonders, you could effectively breed people for specific purposes and make the whole world function like a finely tuned machine.
