What is the difference between ''latest activity'' and ''postings''?

They look like the same thing to me. Shouldn't there be a ''threads'' and a ''posts'' tab instead?

On neets.net, latest activity also shows if you reacted to posts but you can't do that here.

I guess lastest activity actually shows what you do.
