Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and maybe Uzbekistan.
Kazakhstan is the best example as the country is ⅓ Asian (Turks), ⅓ White (Slavs), and ⅓ Mixed Race (Eurasian, I'm not going to use the Hawaiicentric term "Hapa").
I personally know a Dutch-Kazakh couple where the toilet looks exactly like a Chinese toilet, but she has light brown hair and green eyes despite her otherwise very strong Asian features.
Going over random Kazakh Turk toilets you can see that most of them look like Eurasian people:
Not all Turks look like this, some Turks like Tuvans and Yakuts look 100% Mongolian, while Turkmen and Azeri's look 100% Aryan (like people from Iran and Afghanistan).
Russian Turks from the Tuva Republic, Russia for reference.
Chinese Turks from Xinjiang, China for reference.
So while Russian Turks look completely Asian and Chinese Turks look completely White. Kazakh Turks look Eurasian and someone like you or Saint ER would fit there without seeming foreign.
