What fighting class technique thing or whatever tf you call it would be the best for actually defending yourself in a street fight? Like is it judo or karate or whatever?

it's best to do mma, that way you learn about striking and grappling. I have gotten into a few fights irl and it always ends up with grappling, so if you have to choose something then choose wrestling or bjj.
