My honest answer is, if its affordable to you, get tofu. Assuming you live in the US, secondly, add veggies of whatever you like. I guarantee from experience and seeing a diabetic reverse his diabetes; it is of a healthy lot.

Let thy food be thy medicine, and thy medicine be thy food- I forgot his bloody name

just buy frozen fruits/Vegetables/Berrys and canned fish (not tuna), cheap meats, eat eggs and Oats. Not the cheapest diet but definitely healthy and try to be lean it's the most important thing if you want to healthmaxx

And go with a non Stick Pan and no Oil instead of Goyslop seedoils, if you can't afford olive oil

Primal diet is expensive af. I'd probably recommend high carb, low fat if you're on a budget. Pasta, noodles, potatoes, beans etc are all cheap and lean turkey mince is pretty cheap

It's not only diet but lots of physical things such as sleep walking and other things that are free

Eating mostly protein rich foods with moderate fat and very minimal carbs

Just cook the meat, doesn't have to be much.

I've been on primal diet, but it's one of the most expensive diets you can do.

The lowest budget diet is just chicken and rice I guess.
