I think that the book "brave new world" is really close to utopia btw. Its definetely not a dystopia.

How are you going to enforce eugenics if there is no state apparatus?

You need state forced eugenics only while there are non-aryans left in your country. During this period, there will be laws and private property, so it will be socialism, not communism, but when everyone in your country will already be Pure Aryan, then there wont be any need in laws and private property anymore, and you can simply do what you want then, because Aryan will never do harm to another Aryan.

Im not very good in English, but as i understand he just wants to say that the rights of the minorities should be protected?

Everyone must be able to be near anyone they want and abandon their family if they want

2. Private property should not exist

Same with borders, no one should be able to own earth

3. Only pure aryans must be allowed to reproduce

There is no reason for shit genes to pass on

4. Laws should not exist

This one defeats the first three, there should be a universal force enforcing a few things

I literally cried while reading the summary because that's actually my dream world (including the values that I presume are behind the state of affairs in this world) that I independently converged on before I discovered the book... then I found out peolpe see it as a dystopian book... it's like when people shame another person's same view you hold... better shut up, haha.
