It really depends on your country of residence, but I'd say if you can pay rent and buy goyslop, hygiene products and phone/clothes/etc. occasionally, then it's comfortable.

I'm pretty sure Romania is not a good country to NEET in, though. Best would probably be Germany, Netherlands and Denmark in all of which NEETbux is pretty high. Prostitution is also legal and regulated there.
