all i need to ascend is a hairline surgery and buccal fat removal and a height surgery.
But am really scared of doing them.
Im doing the hair plasma thing it works but hurts like a motherfucker.
The buccal fat, i might try starvemaxxing which worked for me but i lost 20kgs in 2 weeks and was getting sick monthly and fluctuating weight. So half starvemaxxing like a meal and a half a day and work out.
Height thing, i might just take the facepill and start lying to myself about height no mattering maybe i get lucky since i will be just short not ugly
