My sleep is always cut short. I don't know why. I am only three days in. I went to bed at 1:20 A.M., and I woke up at 2:00 A.M., then I went to sleep again, only to wake up at 3:00 A.M. I haven't slept since then. It is currently 4:37 A.M. I want to keep this streak going, but I am tempted to just relapse so I can sleep a couple of hours. This always happens to me.
