Depends on where you live. I would base the warrant for roping on the percentile you fall into (in your country and compared to the average 18/19 year old). If you are in the bottom 50 height percentile, you should consider roping. A 5'10" guy basically mogs in SEA but the same guy would probably rope if he lived in Scandinavia.
