Personally, I started a skincare routine to treat seborrheic dermatitis, post-inflammatory erythema, and dark circles. I’ve also been using coconut oil and lip balm for my dry lips. For my thick, bushy hair, I’ve incorporated several hair products to keep it under control. I’m currently wearing braces to straighten my crooked teeth, and I’ve started taking health supplements.

Got a haircut and was in fairly good shape yet i was still Sub5 so there is no point in trying anymore

I've definitely been treated the best at low bf% but am currently at 28% need. Aiming for 12% so need to lose about 35 lbs

i beat my chin with a rock everyday to make it look more projected

Got to 160 pounds lean

Exercised for around 3.5 hours every day, got down to 152 lbs, got expensive clothes that fit me, saved up a few thousand euros, got haircuts, socialised, got shoes with higher soles to boost my height, showered 2 times a day, wore perfume and deodorant, studymaxxed, skincare, faked a good personality and interest for others lives.

All for nothing. All i managed to do is get some fake temporary male friends. 0 foid attention or interest whatsoever.
