What has your sleeping schedule been like recently?

I've been going to bed between 10-11pm and waking up between 4-5:00am

I usually go to bed at around 1something am and wake up at 10am

Sleep schedule mogs me, mines very inconsistent, sometimes I'll go to bed at 1am other times I won't sleep till 5am

Go to sleep at 1-3am wake up at 6and something am and then take a nap in the afternoon usually today I skipped the nap
