Incel trait: Getting a good nights sleep confuses you

Every night I have stayed up well past midnight either doomscrolling or watching YouTube, then I wouldn’t wake up until after 10AM which even then doesn’t ever feel like enough sleep for me.

Since the clocks have recently changed, I went to bed last night at 10:30 and I actually felt tired enough to fall asleep. I then woke up once at 2AM, and then another time at 5AM where I coomed involuntarily. Anyway after that I only got an extra 30 minutes of sleep before waking up in the hour of 6, and being confused.

Is my health going to shit? Why do I suddenly have the sleep schedule of my grandpa? It’s been years since I got up this early, really since before covid, getting up for school. I’m a sperg so whenever a certain routine/pattern changes for me, even if it’s a good change, it freaks me the fuck out.
