It's milder stuff. It's not 100% sure the girl is huge slut just because she has piercing in her ear; it's not a red flag nearly as big as a tramp stamp in the rear or piercings in the nipples, but it's a red flag nonetheless. Same with small "cute" tattoos.

Those kinds of shit have to do with three things; recklessness/lack of impulse control (the person doesn't think in the long run, they want to make permanent changes on their bodies because it looks cool to them now), masochism (they love the pain of the needle carving their skin) and lack of individuality/NPC mentality.
