What does the anger or frustration feel like? Is it more explosive or more like a slow burn that never leaves?
How it feels for me anyway when I was required to be followed by an aide when I was in high school and needing to be on psychiatric medication to function...

Most of the time it’s a slow burn, but at times it gets pretty explosive.
