I am 29, started this year with around 100kgs, what I am doing:
1. Leanmaxxing 30kgs, from 96 to 62-65kg, currently at 80. Aiming 10-12% bodyfat. I will sacrifice muscles gained for this.
2. Testogel steroids. 40.5mg, I am at 19.05, it will bring me to the very upper end of regular range maybe a bit over, will help lean, muscle and fat reduction.
3. Gymmaxxing, I am working out 5 days a week (1 of those days is a very light workout), all 5 are just strengthmaxxing, then in addition to this I do 1 hour of swimming 3 times a week at a gym, I try to do 1 kilometer but usually fall short, usually end up doing 800-900 meters, also powerwalks from gym 40mins each way. Swim + Workout same days.
4. SMPmaxxing for my bald hair (hair tattoo).
5. Colour contacts, I am wearing colour contacts or rather will wear them since I can't wear them all the times, I have astigmatism which makes my eye shape differently and it does not fit the contact lenses but I force them onto my eyes anyway because having a shitskin eye halo is too much, I hate bronze eyes, I tried blue it looks good, will try gray next I think it will fit me better. The astigmatism is actually helping me in a way because the way the contact lenses fall on my eyes looks more realistic than people without it. But it HURTS as fuck and I am pretty sure I am destroying the fuck out of my vision doing this which already isn't great but IDGF I need eye halo to help me ascend.
6. Lifts, shoe lifts 2 inches. Ascending me to 6'1 or 6'0, good enough for Asiamaxxing. Maybe even 6'2 if I consider shoes.
7. Dermal fillers all over my face. Dermal fillers for chin etc, I was considering surgery and genioplasty but I ain't got time for recovery with all my other goals + I can die during it so I don't wanna risk I might revisit it later when fillers fade out.
8. Non-Surgical face lift and Non-Surgical nosejob.
9. Stylemaxxing, turtleneck gym shirt, gym clothing styles etc all black mostly, some whites in-between.
10. Getting my left ear pierced with a sword piercing. (The left ear is the not-gay one right? I don't remember now).
11. Eyebrow lift tapes? Potentially, not sure of this.
Is there anything else I can do?
I hope with all of this I can get to 5/10.
My deadline is April because I am going to Thailand to lose my virginity to some cute 20-something thai whores in Pattaya. But after that I will go to Vietnam, Korea, Japan and finally Philippines and try ascend in each of this countries by spamming dating apps.
