I feel family members tend to give up on you after a certain age threshold , normally 20+

Personally, I'd say incel ≠ truecel.

There's a reason why we have the term "truecel" to begin with. If you have to be a KHV to be an incel, then that would make it synonymous with "truecel" which makes the latter term completely redundant.
