I live in a poor country called Egypt. The simplest necessities of life are just dreams. We have a funny saying in Egypt that reflects the hardship of life:
"Egypt is not for beginners."
I'm studying pharmacy and planning to immigrate to America. I'm a little bit smart and capable of planning and focusing on building my financial future.

What in my thoughts is whether I succeed in immigrating to America and improve my financial situation (not to get laid and know foids, just to improve my living conditions), is that worth sacrificing close friends and facing racism?

I'm short (5'4) and ugly. Will this make me face excessive racism there, or does no one care?

Hm, Muslims have quite the negative stigma in Amrika. I'd suggest a wealthy arabic state where you already are linguistically similar to them. If you do move to America, try moving into a very racially diverse state like New York.

Idk about this, I live near a city and the only socially accepted Muslim people are very westernized and in school, if youre not attractive and NT you might be treated like shit obv

if usa is your alternative, either you end up in a multicultural big city like NY or LA where cost of living is very high, so you will need to have a high paying job to have a normal life. Or you end up in a muslim ghetto somewhere (god forbid you end up in redneck ghetto) and your qol will be lower than in Egypt.

You might if you move to a majority-black/majority-white area, but there are cities that are majority Muslim in Minnesota and Illnois from what I know, there you probably wouldnt have to deal with as much racism as elsewhere. You could also look into Canada as a potential option.

Fuck no, those are one of the worst states for an Egyptian immigrant especiialy one whos short.
I would suggest somewhere with a higher Muslim population, see my other comment.

I think Canada might be a better option for you. Good healthcare and employment, won't have to deal with as much racial prejudice as you would in America, and might even be able to establish something there for yourself. Either that or New York.
